SOS Children’s Villages Lebanon

Emergency Response

Brief introduction:

Since October 2023, Lebanon has faced intense conflict , displacing thousands of families and children into temporary shelters like schools and community centers. These overcrowded shelters are ill-equipped, straining resources and creating an urgent need for food, medical aid, hygiene supplies, and psychosocial support to protect the well-being of both the displaced and host communities.

Objective:

Through its Emergency Response Program, SOS Children's Villages in Lebanon is committed to ensuring the safety, well-being, and dignity of all those affected by the conflict, providing critical support services to children, families, and communities during this time of upheaval.
